How to write to The Level Entry, what the desk can answer, and what it cannot.

A correction is the most useful thing a reader can send. Give the address of the note, the sentence that is wrong, and the standard, regulation or published guidance that says otherwise. The note is corrected, the date it was checked moves, and the correction is written into the note rather than hidden in a log.
What the desk cannot do is just as clear. It cannot comment on a particular building without seeing it, it cannot carry out an access audit, it cannot recommend or rank a builder, surveyor or supplier, it cannot act for anyone in a complaint and it cannot give legal advice. Questions of that sort belong to a local access group, to a surveyor who works in access, or to an advice service that takes cases.
